What does a Happy Historian do? |

Do you need historically accurate information on a community or event, or maybe about a friend or relative’s historical role? Are you afraid of being run over on the information superhighway or overwhelmed by how to go about it? We can help focus from defining the problem, guiding research, and through the production of comprehensive reports with cited documentation. |
Although it would appear to many that with the enormous amount of information on the web, complete information would be quick and easy. However few realize that less than 20% of information is now digitized in the United States—and less available on the web. The bulk is contained in libraries, museums, and private/public archives. We have the experience and are granted access to retrieve and examine this wealth of documentation. We can plan and perform this research from an individual to an institutional scale. |

We can handle conversion to current technology or we have designed, built, and supported complete systems to do your own conversions. We have experience in cross-platform conversions from analogue to digital, film to video, and media server technologies. |
